During Fairtrade Fortnight show your support by colouring in one of our posters and putting it in your window to show your neighbours and friends you buy Fairtrade. You can also share it with us by messaging our Harborough Fairtrade Town Facebook page– we’d love to see your creations!

Get involved with the Fairtrade online festival. You can expect to find fascinating and fun events featuring all parts of our global Fairtrade community, including Fairtrade farmers and workers, other climate campaigners and of course the amazing grassroots network. Choose the World you want. Sign up here

Host your own online meeting or event with friends and family to promote Fairtrade Fortnight. This could be anything from a discussion space, a quiz, an online coffee morning, a cook along or a crafting session.  You could ask the people participating to add a Fairtrade item to their regular shopping basket or make a donation to support Fairtrade here.

Rutland Fairtrade group are also inviting people to attend a webinar on 23rd February from 7pm.

Speakers include Caroline Collins who works in the Commercial partnerships at the Fairtrade Foundation and Emma Brown from Land Girls, a local business that works with two cooperatives of female coffee growers in South America and Indonesia.

Fairtrade Connections are working with other regions and nations of the UK to organise a Virtual Community Arts Festival.  The festival offers opportunities to join in lots of different types of events. You can be taken to Palestine to take a vitual tour of Hadeel’s Palestinian Crafts, or join and invite a friend in virtual Fairtrade Coffee mornings around the country even Edinburgh,  get the children active with a morning of Fairtrade silliness and Taskmaster challenges, crafting to Fly the Fairtrade flag with fairandfunnky, join in cook along events including making chocolate truffles and other spices treats,  discussions, dance workshops , music and so much more.
